摘要
高校人才培养的一个重要目标是使学习者成为自主的学习者。顶岗实习生在教学实践中能够培养自主学习能力。本文主要研究顶岗实习生的自主学习模式,认为他们的自主学习主要由这些部分,即:确定学习目标、研究学习内容(分步骤、分重点和难点进行学习)、探讨学习方法、进行结果汇报(即授课)和课后结果反思构成。并探讨此种自主学习模式在英语课堂中的运用。英语专业生可以运用这种方法进行英文篇章的理解和字词句的学习,并在教师的帮助下完善自主学习过程、改进学习方法和修订学习结果,从而使自主学习能力得到提升。
An important goal of talent training in colleges and universitiesis to make learners autonomous learners.The autonomouslearning ability of in-post trainees can be cultivated intheir teaching practice.This paper mainly studies the autonomouslearning model of in-post trainees,believing that their autonomouslearning is mainly composed of these parts,namely,determination of learning objectives,research of learning contents(to learn in accordance with different contents step by step),explorationof learning methods,report of learning results(that is,teaching)and reflection after school.And the application of thisautonomous learning model in English classroom is explored.English majors can use this method to understand English articlesand learn words,phrases and sentences,and improve theirautonomous learning process,improve their learning methods andrevise their learning results with the help of teachers,so that theirautonomous learning ability can be enhanced.
