多器官功能障碍综合征存在极高病死率,如何在早期实施积极有效的治疗是目前研究重点。连续性血液净化治疗是临床上用于肾病治疗的有效手段。此外,该治疗方法在急性重症胰腺炎、全身炎性反应综合征、重症传染病多器官功能障碍综合征等疾病治疗方面也有突出效果。本文就连续性血液净化主要治疗原理、优点及存在的问题进行探讨,旨在分析该治疗手段在重症传染病多器官功能障碍综合征中的应用效果。

Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome has a high mortality rate.How to implement active and effective treatment in theearly stage is the focus of current research.Continuous blood purification is an effective method in the field of nephropathy.Inaddition,the treatment has prominent applications in the treatment of acute severe pancreatitis,systemic inflammatory responsesyndrome,severe infectious diseases multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and other diseases.The treatment principle,advantagesand problems of continuous blood purification are studied in this paper,in order to analyze the efficacy of this treatment in severeinfectious diseases with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.
