HPLC determination of luteolin in the Yin Zhi Huang oral liquid

目的:建立茵桅黄口服液中木犀草素等HPLC含量测定的一种方法。方法:用Agilent ZORBAX SB-phenyl色谱柱;乙氰-0.5%冰乙酸溶液体系作为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:350 nm;柱温:30.9℃。结果:木犀草素进样量在0.16~1.68μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 7);平均回收率97.8%,RSD 0.7%(n=5)。结论:本法操作简便、结果准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于茵桅黄口服液中木犀草素的含量测定。

Objective:To establish a method for HPLC determination of luteolin in the Yin Zhi Huang oral liquid.Methods:AgilentZORBAX SB-phenyl chromatographic column was used.The ethyl cyanide-0.5%glacial acetic acid solution system was asmobile phase,with gradient elution.Current speed:1.0mL/min.Detection wavelength:350nm.Column temperature:30.9℃.Results:The linear relationship of luteolin sample size in the range of0.16to1.68μg was good(r=0.9997).The average recovery was97.8%,and RSD was0.7%(n=5).Conclusion:The operation of this method was simple,the result was accurate,the sensitivity washigh,and the repeatability was good.It can be used to determine the content of luteolin in Yin Zhi Huang oral liquid.
