硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦片治疗原发性高血压临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of nifedipine combined with irbesartan tablets in the treatment of essential hypertension

目的:探讨硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法:收治原发性高血压患者84例,分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用硝苯地平缓释片治疗,试验组采用硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦片治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组临床疗效明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nifedipine combined with irbesartan tablets in the treatment of essentialhypertension.Methods:84patients with essential hypertension were selected.They were divided into the control group and theexperimental group.The control group was treated with extended release nifedipine tablets.The experimental group was treatedwith nifedipine combined with irbesartan tablets.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the experimentalgroup,the clinical efficacy was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the adverse reaction was significantly lowerthan that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of nifedipine combined with irbesartan tablets in thetreatment of essential hypertension was significant.
