美托洛尔和硝苯地平治疗老年冠心病患者无症状心肌缺血的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of metoprolol and nifedipine in the treatment of silent myocardial ischemia in elderly patients with coronary heart disease

目的:探讨美托洛尔和硝苯地平治疗老年冠心病患者无症状心肌缺血的临床效果。方法:收治老年冠心病无症状心肌缺血患者70例,分为甲组和乙组,分别采用硝苯地平和美托洛尔治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:乙组治疗效果,ST段压低次数、持续时间、下移减少幅度等系数明显高于甲组(P<0.05)。结论:美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病无症状心肌缺血患者的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of metoprolol and nifedipine in the treatment of silent myocardial ischemia inelderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:70elderly patients with coronary heart disease and silent myocardialischemia were selected.They were divided into the A group and the B group.They were treated respectively with nifedipine andmetoprolol.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the B group,the treatment effect,ST segment depressionfrequency,duration,decrease range of depression were significantly higher than the A group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinicaleffect of metoprolol in the treatment of silent myocardial ischemia in elderly patients with coronary heart disease was significant.
