腰硬联合麻醉在产科手术应用的临床疗效与安全性评估

Clinical efficacy and safety of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in obstetric surgery

目的:探讨腰硬联合麻醉在产科手术中的应用方式及效果。方法:收治产科患者80例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用连续硬膜外麻醉,观察组采用腰硬联合麻醉,比较两组麻醉效果及安全性。结果:观察组麻醉效果和不良反应发生情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腰硬联合麻醉在产科手术中的应用效果显著,安全性高。

Objective:To investigate the application and effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in obstetric surgery.Methods:80patients in obstetrics department were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with continuous epidural anesthesia.The observation group was treated with combined spinalepidural anesthesia.We compared the anesthetic effect and safety of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the effect ofanesthesia and adverse reactions were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The applicationeffect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in obstetric surgery was significant,and the safety was high.
