美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦对社区老年高血压患者生活质量的影响研究

Influence of metoprolol combined with irbesartan on quality of life in elderly patients with hypertension in community

目的:探讨美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗社区老年高血压患者的效果及对生活质量的影响。方法:收治老年高血压患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组采用美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率和患者生理功能、活力、社会功能、情感职能、生理职能评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对社区老年高血压患者,采用美托洛尔与厄贝沙坦联合治疗,可显著提高临床效果,改善生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of metoprolol combined with irbesartan in the treatment of elderly patients withhypertension in community and its effect of quality of life.Methods:100elderly patients with hypertension were selected.They wererandomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with irbesartan.The observationgroup was treated with metoprolol combined with irbesartan.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In theobservation group,the total effective rate and physiological function,vitality,social function,emotional function and physiologicalfunction scores were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For elderly patients withhypertension in community,the combination of metoprolol and irbesartan can significantly improve the clinical effect and improvethe quality of life.
