数字化胸腔引流系统在促进微创肺叶切除术后早期快速康复中的作用 被引量:7

The role of digital chest drainage system in promoting the rapid recovery in the early stage after minimally invasive lobectomy

摘要 目的:探讨在全胸腔镜肺叶切除术后使用数字化胸腔引流系统,促进患者早期快速康复的意义。方法:收治接受全胸腔镜肺叶切除的患者102例,随机分3组。A组采用常规胸腔闭式引流;B组采用常规胸腔闭式引流,接床旁持续低负压吸引;C组采用数字化胸腔闭式引流。比较3组相关指标。结果:3组患者在引流管拔除时间,平均住院日,接受程度,术后并发症发生率方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:数字化胸腔引流系统在促进微创肺叶切除术后早期快速康复中可以起到非常积极的作用,有利于患者早期拔管,减少术后并发症,减少平均住院日。 Objective:To explore the significance of the use of digital thoracic drainage system after thoracoscopic lobectomy topromote rapid early rehabilitation.Methods:102patients treated by totally thoracoscopic lobectomy were selected,they wererandomly divided into the3groups,the A group received conventional thoracic closed drainage,in the group B,routine closedthoracic drainage was adopted,and low negative pressure was attracted by bedside,the C group used digital thoracic closeddrainage device.We compared the related indicators in the3groups.Results:There were significant differences among the3groups in the time of extubation,the average length of stay,the degree of acceptance,and the incidence of postoperativecomplications(P<0.05).Conclusion:Digital chest drainage system can play a very active role in promoting the rapid recovery inthe early stage after minimally invasive lobectomy,it is beneficial for early extubation,reducing postoperative complications andreducing average hospital stay.
