脑外伤致硬膜下血肿的特点及手术治疗效果分析

Analysis of the characteristics of subdural hematoma caused by traumatic brain injury and the effect of surgical treatment

目的:探讨脑外伤致硬膜下血肿的特点及手术治疗效果。方法:收治脑外伤致硬膜下血肿患者47例,结合患者具体情况给予不同术式进行治疗,比较手术效果。结果:采用针对性手术治疗后,总有效43例,总有效率91.1%,整体治疗效果明显。结论:对脑外伤致硬膜下血肿患者采用针对性的手术方式进行治疗,能有效改善患者生活质量,降低死亡率和并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the characteristics of subdural hematoma caused by traumatic brain injury and the effect ofsurgical treatment.Methods:47patients with subdural hematoma caused by traumatic brain injury were selected.Combined withthe patient's condition,they were treated with different surgical procedures,and we compared the surgical results.Results:Aftertargeted surgical treatment,43cases were effective,and the total effective rate was91.1%.The overall treatment effect was obvious.Conclusion:The advantages of targeted surgical treatment for patients with subdural hematoma caused by traumatic brain injurywere obvious.It can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,reduce mortality and complications.
