基层医院妇产科手术并发症原因和处理对策

Causes and countermeasures of operation complications in obstetrics and gynecology department in primary hospital

目的:探讨基层医院妇产科手术并发症原因和处理对策。方法:收治手术患者100例,分析术后并发症情况和原因。结果:100例患者中,出现并发症20例(20.0%)。其中,7例感染,5例出血,4例皮下气肿,4例膀胱损伤。导致并发症的原因主要有患者自身因素和医院因素。结论:基层妇产科手术中容易出现一些并发症,导致并发症的原因较多,需要医院和患者共同努力,了解预防并发症的知识和方法;基层医院也要加强护理能力,完善对妇产科并发症的处理。

Objective:To explore the causes and countermeasures of operation complications in obstetrics and gynecologydepartment in primary hospital.Methods:100patients with operation were selected,and we analyzed the postoperativecomplications and causes.Results:In100patients,20cases(20%)had complications.Among them,7cases were infection;5caseswere bleeding;4cases were subcutaneous emphysema;4cases were bladder injury.The main causes of complications werepatients'own factors and hospital factors.Conclusion:There were some complications in the operation in obstetrics and gynecologydepartment in primary hospital.The causes of complications were more.The hospital and patients need to work together tounderstand the knowledge and methods of prevention of complications.The primary hospital should strengthen the nursing abilityand improve the treatment of complications in obstetrics and gynecology department.
