摘要
目的:探讨犀角地黄汤加味治疗血热型寻常型银屑病临床疗效。方法:收治血热型寻常型银屑病患者124例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用中药治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率和治疗后PASI评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:犀角地黄汤加味治疗血热型寻常型银屑病临床疗效显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified Xi Jiao Di Huang Decoction in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris ofXue Re type.Methods:124patients with psoriasis vulgaris of Xue Re type were selected.They were randomly divided into thetreatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy.The treatment group addedtraditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of routine treatment.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate and the PASI score after treatment were significantly better than the controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of modified Xijiao Dihuang decoction in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris of XueRe type was significant.
