传统心理疗法用于中风后抑郁患者护理中的临床效果研究

Study on the clinical effect of traditional psychotherapy in the treatment of post-stroke depression

目的:分析传统心理疗法用于中风后抑郁患者护理中的临床效果。方法:收治中风后抑郁患者80例,随机分组。对照组常规遵医嘱进行治疗,传统心理疗法组在此基础上给予传统心理治疗,比较两组相关指标。结果:传统心理疗法组中风后抑郁治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);传统心理疗法组患者治疗依从性评分高于对照组(P<0.05);出院时传统心理疗法组NIHSS评分和HAMD评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:传统心理疗法用于中风后抑郁患者护理中的临床效果确切,可有效减轻患者抑郁情绪和神经功能缺损,提高其治疗依从性,改善预后。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of traditional psychotherapy in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods:80patients with post-stroke depression were selected,with random grouping.The control group received routinetreatment according to doctor's advice.On this basis,the traditional psychotherapy group was given traditional psychotherapy.Wecompared the two groups of related indicators.Results:The total effective rate of post-stroke depression in the traditionalpsychotherapy group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of treatment compliance in the traditionalpsychotherapy group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At discharge,the NIHSS scores and HAMD scores inthe traditional psychotherapy group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of thetraditional psychotherapy in the treatment of post-stroke depression patients is accurate,which can effectively reduce thedepression and neurological impairment,improve the treatment compliance and improve the prognosis.
