协同护理干预对社区脑卒中患者照顾者生活质量与照顾能力的影响

Effect of collaborative nursing intervention on the quality of life and care ability of caregivers of stroke patients in community

目的:探讨协同护理干预对社区脑卒中患者照顾者生活质量与照顾能力的影响。方法:收治脑卒中患者100例,随机分为研究组与对照组。研究组采用协同护理干预方法,对照组采用常规护理方法。结果:研究组照顾者的生活质量与照顾能力明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用协同护理干预能显著提高社区脑卒中患者照顾者的生活质量与照顾能力。

Objective:To explore the effect of collaborative nursing intervention on the quality of life and care ability of caregiversof stroke patients in community.Methods:100stroke patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group andthe control group.The study group was given collaborative nursing intervention.The control group was given routine care.Results:In the study group,caregivers'quality of life and ability to care were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tha application of collaborative nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life and care ability ofcaregivers of stroke patients in community.
