家庭医生签约服务对居民社区首诊率的影响研究

Study on the influence of family doctor signing service on the first visit rate of community residents

目的:探讨家庭医生签约服务对于居民社区首诊率的影响。方法:对本院门诊高血压、糖尿病等慢性病签约和未签约各90例患者进行问卷调查,分析家庭医生签约服务对于居民社区首诊率的影响。结果:推行家庭医生签约服务之前,居民社区首诊率的变化较小;推行家庭医生签约服务之后,居民社区首诊率有所提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家庭医生签约服务可以提高居民社区首诊率,对社区首诊的实施具有一定的推动作用。

Objective:To investigate the influence of family doctor signing service on the first visit rate of residents.Methods:Aquestionnaire survey was conducted among a total of90outpatients with chronic diseases,such as hypertension and diabetesmellitus who were signed and not signed in our hospital.The influence of family doctor signing service on the first visit rate ofresident community was analyzed.Results:Before the implementation of the family doctor contract service,the first visit rate ofresidents in the community changed little,however,after the implementation of the family doctor signing service,the first visit rateof residents increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family doctor signing service canimprove the first visit rate of residents'community and promote the implementation of community first visit.
