海淀区社区医院青年医务人员职业倦怠状况调查

Investigation on occupational burnout among young medical staff in community hospital of Haidian District

目的:了解北京市海淀区社区医院青年医务人员职业倦怠情况及影响因素。方法:选择青年医务人员268名进行问卷调查。结果:职业倦怠检出率75.37%,其中轻、中、重度倦怠检出率分别为54.10%、18.28%、2.99%;文化程度、工作年限和性别对职业倦怠状况有预测作用。结论:北京市海淀区社区医院青年医务人员职业倦怠检出率处于较高水平。不同文化程度、工作年限和性别对职业倦怠有一定影响。

Objective:To explore the occupational burnout among young medical staff in community hospital of Haidian District ofBeijing City and influencing factors.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among268young medical personnel.Results:The detection rate of occupational burnout was75.37%;among them,the detection rates of mild,moderate and severe job burnoutwere54.10%,18.28%and2.99%respectively.Education level,years of work and gender had predictive effect on occupationalburnout.Conclusion:The detection rate of occupational burnout among young medical staff in community hospital of HaidianDistrict of Beijing City was at a high level.Different educational level,working years and gender had influence on occupational burnout.
