摘要
整车主动悬架建模大多采用状态方程的方法。针对其存在的过程复杂、参数繁多、不易修改等问题,该文提出了一种新型的基于AMESim软件的整车主动悬架建模方法。该方法尤其对研究电液伺服控制类作动器具有很强的应用性。为了验证模型的有效性,采用模糊控制策略,对电液伺服控制主动悬架进行了整车模型的搭建及仿真。结果表明利用AMESim完成的整车主动悬架模型简便、高效、实用性强。
The modeling of full vehicle active suspension mostly adopted the method of state equation.To its complex process,various parameters and difficult modification.The paper put forward new modeling method of full vehicle active suspension based on AMESim.The methed was suitable for research of the electro-hydraulic servo control actuator especially.In order to verify the validity of the model,The fuzzy control strategy was used,and finished the full vehicle modeling and simulation of the electro-hydraulic servo control active suspension.The result showed that the modle of full vehicle active suspension was simple,efficient and practicable.
