摘要
转向系统是影响车辆行驶安全的的关键系统之一。某特种车辆在空载状态高速行驶过程中进行转向动作时,易出现车辆摆尾现象。该文对车辆摆尾的原因进行分析,针对摆尾原因提出转向液压系统设计改进措施并进行试验验证,解决了某特种车辆转向摆尾问题,提高了车辆的高速行驶稳定性,为转向液压系统设计提供指导。
The steering system is one of the key systems to affect the safety of a vehicle.A special vehicle is apt to yaw in no-load condition when the steering action is carried out in the high speed running process.This paper analyzes the reasons of the vehicle yaw,puts forward the improvement measures to the steering hydraulic system and verifies by experiment that the measures are effective.The measures solve the problem of the vehicle yaw and improve the high-speed stability of the vehicle.And so this paper can provide guidance for steering hydraulic system design.
