该文介绍基于RMP40的加工中心在线测量技术。通过对RMP40的测量原理和Mikron MultistepTM XT-200数控系统进行研究,针对多路阀阀体的加工,编写特定测量程序,达到了简化夹具设计、降低制作成本、提高零件尺寸精度的目的。同时为其他相关程序的编制提供参考。

This article describes the RMP40-based machining center on-line measurement technology.By studying the measurement principle of RMP40and Mikron MultistepTM XT-200numerical control system,a special measurement procedure is designed for the processing of multi-way valve body,which simplifies the design of fixture,reduces the production cost and improves the accuracy of part size.And provide reference for the preparation of other related procedures.
