摘要
以90 d贮藏期的老土豆、新鲜土豆为电解质,并基于Cu、Zn作为正负极材料制成Kcel为6 cm的土豆电池,运用传感器技术研究不同贮藏期和酶活性对土豆电池供电性能的影响。结果表明,新老土豆电池的生物电性能随土豆组织的盐桥电导率、酶活性发生明显变化。首先,新鲜土豆组织较老土豆组织具有更大的盐桥电导率,其生物电性能更好;另一方面,温度对老土豆电池生物电性能的影响出现提前现象,老土豆电池的开路电压二次峰值分别出现在30、50℃,而新鲜土豆电池的开路电压二次峰值分别出现在40、60℃,这可归结于老土豆的酶活性低于新鲜土豆的酶活性;除此之外,新老土豆电池均呈现出双电层电容器的储能与放电特征。
Two kinds of potato batteries based on the Cu and Zn denoted as the anode and cathode materials were fabricated by the old potatoes with storage period of90day and the fresh potatoes as an electrolyte,respectively.The effects of different storage period and enzyme activity on the bioelectrical properties were studied by using sensor technology for potato battery.These results indicate that the bioelectrical properties of new and old potato battery are changed with salt bridge conductivity of potato tissues and enzyme activity of potato tissues evidently.Firstly,new potato tissues possess higher conductivity of salt bridge than that in old potato tissue,performing a better bioelectrical capacity.On the other hand,there exists an advanced phenomenon for bioelectrical properties in old potato battery.The two peak values of open circuit voltage in old potato battery appear at30and50℃,respectively.For fresh potato battery,however,these two peaks of open circuit voltage performs at40and60℃,respectively.It can be attributed to the fact that the enzyme activity of old potato is significantly lower than enzyme activity of the fresh potato.In addition,both the new and the old potato batteries present the energy storage and the discharge characteristics that similar to electrical double-layer capacitor.
