三种药剂对咖啡灭字脊虎天牛的防效比较

Comparison of Three Kinds of Insecticides on Xylotrechus Quadripes Chevrolat

选用1.8%阿维吡虫啉乳油、20%吡虫啉可溶性水剂和1.3%苦参碱水剂3种药剂50倍液,采用茎干基部打孔注射和根际施药相结合的方法进行咖啡灭字脊虎天牛防治试验。结果表明:3种药剂处理20d后1.8%阿维吡虫啉乳油对咖啡灭字脊虎天牛的防效最好,校正死亡率为72.7%;1.3%苦参碱水剂的防效最差,其校正死亡率为39.3%。单株药剂防治成本为1.3%苦参碱水剂<1.8%阿维吡虫啉乳油<20%吡虫啉可溶性水剂。

Combining the injection at the stem base and rhizosphere pouring,three pesticides,1.8%Abamectin mixed imidacloprid EC,20%imidacloprid WP and1.3%matrine WP,were selected and diluted to50times with water to control the white stem-borer,Xylotrechus Quadripes Chevrolat in the coffee plantation.Among the three pesticides,the highest(72.9%)and lowest(39.3%)control efficiencies of20d after treatment were recorded for1.8%Abamectin mixed imidacloprid EC and1.3%matrine WP,respec原tively.The control cost per plant was scored as1.3%matrine WP<1.8%Abamectin mixed imidacloprid EC<20%imidacloprid WP.
