蜈蚣毒素的药用活性研究现状

Research Status of Medicinal Activity of Centipede Toxin

蜈蚣作为中药中一味传统药材,其应用已超过两千年历史。近年来对蜈蚣毒素的研究逐渐增多,并揭示其具有多种药用活性。通过对近年来关于蜈蚣毒素的药用活性的研究进行了整理和分类,着重阐述了蜈蚣毒素的抗血栓、镇痛、抗菌等活性作用的研究结果和进展。蜈蚣毒液及提取物中具有多项药用功能、药效明显,值得展开深入的药用开发研究,且具有重要的生物医学基础研究和临床应用价值。

Centipede as a traditional Chinese medicine,its application has been over two thousand years.In recent years,the study of centipede toxins has gradually increased,and found a variety of medicinal activity.In this paper,we summarized the drug research and development of centipede toxin in recent years.Furthermore,we emphatically expounded the research progress and results of anti-thrombosis,analgesic and antibacterial effects of centipede toxin.There are many medicinal functions in the venom and the extracts of centipede,and the activity is too effective.It is worthy of further study and research on medicinal development of centipede toxins,and has important basic research and clinical application value in biomedicine.
