"政产学研用"合作模式需形成政府政策主导、企业力量扶持、市场资源导向的系统化协同创新格局,其成败在于整合高校、政府、企业与科研单位资源力量的程度,依赖于强强联合、全方位互动的效果。对此,以国内高等院校"政产学研用"模式合作教育为课题,分析了目前高校合作教育的发展困境,进而提出"政产学研用"协同创新下的高校人才培养模式。

This cooperation way of 'Government-Business-University-Research' is systematic synergy innovation concept which is covered by the government policy leading. Its success depends on all aspects of power and resources, including colleges and universities, government, enterprises and scientific research.The paper focuses on such cooperative education model in the domestic institutions of higher learning and analyzes the current plight of college cooperative education combined with the actual development.
