辽宁省6市22县医疗机构非断层扫描X线影像设备的需求状况调查

Investigation of Demand Condition of No-tomography Scanning X-ray Image Equipment Among Medical Institution in 22 Counties of 6 Cities in Liaoning Province

对辽宁省6市22县所辖的580家各级医疗机构进行问卷调查,描述医疗机构的院均需求情况、需求器械设备的类别特征、费用支出情况以及国内外品牌器械设备的需求特点,了解医疗机构未来3年对非断层扫描X线成像设备的需求状况,为政府、医疗机构和器械设备厂商提供数据参考。该研究结果表明辽宁省设备需求特征与各级医疗机构的诊疗服务定位比较吻合,但需求缺口较大,各级政府应加大对基层卫生服务机构需求的国产中低端X线设备的支持,为推动医疗卫生体制改革做好基础性建设。

To investigate the demand of no-tomography scanning X-ray image equipment amongdifferent levels of hospitals in Liaoning province through the questionnaire inquired in585different levelhospitals from22counties of6cities,and to describe the demand condition,characteristic of the requiredequipment,cost condition and the requirement characteristics of brand over domestic and overseas,soas to understand the medical institutions over the next three years in the demand of tomography X-rayimaging equipment and provide demand information for government,medical institutions and medicalequipment manufactures.The results indicated that the characteristics of no-tomography scanning X-rayimage equipment in Liaoning province were consistent with location of medical service at different classhospitals in rural and urban area.But the demand of equipment was still high.Therefore,the governmentat all levels should support the demand of domestic brand equipment in basic health and medical servicesand manage capital construction well for promote health-medical system reform.
