Objective This paper aimed to investigate the application of the quantitative parameters ofdynamic enhanced MRI(DCE-MRI),microvessel density(MVD)and microvessel density(VEGF)inthe diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions. Methods A total of128patients who underwentDCE-MRI scans from March2015to July2016were enrolled in this study. The difference of quantitativeparameters between benign group and malignant group was analyzed. The ROC curve was used toanalyze the difference between benign and malignant group. Results There were significant statisticaldifferences between the benign group and the malignant group. The specificity of Ktrans and Kep was88.6%and95.1%,respectively;the sensitivity of Ktrans and Kep was87.9%and68.7%,respectively.There was astrong correlation with MVD(r=0.597;0.612)in the Ktrans and Kep values of breast cancer patients, therewas a strong correlation between Ktrans and Kep(r=0.781;0.763).Conclusion There is a strong correlationbetween the quantitative parameters of DCE-MRI and the pathological findings of MVD or VEGF,and ithas a good effect in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions.
