医院医疗器械不良事件反馈系统的构建

Construction on Feedback System of Medical Device Adverse Events in the Hospital

本文针对不良事件监测工作存在的问题,结合医疗机构实际情况,提出了建立不良事件监测的三级反馈模式。从政府监管部门、医疗机构、不良事件发生科室3方面进行层级反馈。这一系统的构建切实提升了医院各个部门不良事件反馈工作的效率,保证了监测工作有关信息的高效传达,提高了医疗机构医疗器械使用的安全性。

Considering the problem of adverse events monitoring work,combining with the actualsituation of hospital,we raised an optimum three-level feedback system in our research.The feedback isfrom the departments of government supervision to medical institutions,and from medical institutions tothe department with adverse events.The construction of the system increased the efficiency of adverseevents feedback in each department,ensured efficient information communication of the monitoringoperation,and improved the security of medical equipment in medical institutions.
