铜铝复合药型罩厚度比的数值模拟研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究了材料廉价易得、制作工艺简单的铜铝双层复合药型罩,通过波阻抗匹配理论确定了铝铜厚度比值下限为1.33。利用AUTODYN软件对不同结构药型罩进行计算机模拟试验,发现铜铝厚度比为1∶1.5时铜铝双层复合药型罩射流性能最优,相比单层铜药型罩,射流头部速度提高了14.75%,0.05ms时射流长度提高了19.45%。本研究可以为工程应用提供参考。 This paper studied the Cu-Al composite charge liner,which has the advantages of material availability and simple technology.According to wave impedance matching theory,the thickness ratio lower limit of aluminum and copper was determined by1.33.By use of AUTODYN,the jet of different structure of liner was simulated.The simulation results indicated that the jet with Al/Cu thickness ratio of1.5has the best performance.Compared to copper liner,the head velocity of jet was improved14.75%,the jet length was prolonged19.45%at0.05ms.This study can provide a reference for engineering application.
