创业教育视角下商科跨专业实验教学中心构建 被引量:3

Establishment of Experimental Business Teaching Center from the Perspective of the Entrepreneurship Education

摘要 以构建商科跨专业综合仿真实训平台为载体,探索虚拟与实战兼顾、软件与硬件协同、校园与社会互动、学校与企业共赢相结合的创业教学模式,并制定新型的实验中心开放式管理体制,提升其管理水平和服务水平。通过对近几年的实践教学成效分析,学生在就业能力、创新创业能力水平上都有显著的提高,该模式具有较好的推广价值。这种以"跨专业、仿创业、促就业"为特征的商科实验教学中心,其新型制度设计、教育理念、组织结构、运行机制、教育模式、组织文化等适合就业与创业人才的培养。 This paper takesa comprehensive simulation training platform as the carrier to explore a new mode ofentrepreneurship education integrating virtual and actual practice,collaborations of software and hardware,on-campus andoff-campus interactions,and school and enterprise win-win.Additionally,new open management system of experimentalcenter is developed to improve the management and service.An analysis of practical teaching effects has justified its appliedvalue in the areas of students’professional capability,innovation and enterprising,and it has evidenced that the experimentalteaching center is characterized by“cross-profession,imitation of entrepreneurship and employment promotion”,with itsnew system design,educational concept,organizational structure,operation mechanism,educational mode and organizationalculture suitable for cultivation of entrepreneurial talents.
