摘要
现代有轨电车项目的闸机要求具有安全稳定、实时性高、功能全面、性价比高等特点,基于单片机或ARM芯片开发的闸机无法满足此要求,若采用地铁闸机则缺乏价格优势。介绍了基于工控机开发设计的现代有轨电车售检票闸机,包括系统总体设计、程序架构、模块划分和子系统设计等。基于工控机设计的现代有轨电车售检票闸机系统安全稳定、实时性高,读卡器模块与硬币识别模块的应用实现了闸机售检票一体化。
Modern tram fare gate system requires safety andstability,real-time performance,full functions and higher priceperformance ratio.Current gate machine based on single chipmicrocomputer or ARM chips are unable to meet the requirements,while metro gate in general lacks price advantage.A tramfare gate based on the design of industrial PC is introduced,including the overall design,programming architecture,modulepartition and subsystem design.This fare gate system featurescharacteristics of safety and stability,real-time performancewith card reader module and coin recognition module,and integratesthe fare gate machine functions.
