摘要
温度变化时接触轨内部会产生巨大的温度应力,严重时甚至会危及城市轨道交通牵引供电安全。结合目前应用较广泛的钢铝复合接触轨,基于有限单元法,采用三维软件SOLIDWORKS建模,并在有限元软件Ansys Workbench中对接触轨模型的温度应力进行了模拟分析。该模型考虑了卡爪、尼龙垫块及支座等构件的束缚影响,采用边界条件控制环境的温度变化,得到了接触轨内部温度应力场云图,并分析了此温度应力对绝缘支座的影响。研究结果可为接触轨系统中各构件的设计、优化、安装及检修提供参考。
The temperature stress inside contact rail systemmay damage the system when the temperature changes,and inthe most serious condition,it will threat the safety of rail transittraction power supply.According to the widely used steel/aluminumcomposite contact rail,a3D SOLIDWORKS model isestablished on the basis of finite element method,and a simulationanalysis of the temperature stress inside contact rail systemis conducted by using the finite element Ansys Workbenchsoftware.Then,the influence of temperature stress on insulatedbearings is analyzed according to the cloud image of stressfield obtained from temperature changes in the boundary conditioncontrol environment.The research results can provide areference for the design,optimization,installation and maintenanceof the components in contact rail system.
