气相色谱–质谱法测定塑胶中磷酸三(二甲苯)酯

Determination of Trixylyl Phosphate in Plastic by Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry

建立气相色谱–质谱联用测定塑胶中磷酸三(二甲苯)酯类化合物的方法。以甲苯为萃取溶剂,对样品进行萃取,选用DB–5HT气相分离色谱柱,用气相色谱–质谱联用仪对磷酸三(二甲苯)酯进行检测。在优化实验条件下,磷酸三(二甲苯)酯在14 min内可以获得良好的分离,其质量浓度在0.05~10 mg/L范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r=0.999 8,检出限为0.05 mg/L。测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.03%~7.32%(n=7),加标回收率为95.3%~114.6%。该方法简便快捷,灵敏度高,可用于塑胶中磷酸三(二甲苯)酯的快速检测。

A gas chromatography-mass spectrometric method was developed for the determination of trixylyl phosphate in plastic.Samples were extracted with toluene in an ultrasonic bath,chromatographic column of DB-5HT was chosen,then trixylyl phosphate was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Under the optimized conditions,fine separation were obtained in14min.The mass concentration of trixylyl phosphate was linear with chromatographic peak area in the range of0.05-10mg/L,the correlation coefficient was0.9998,and the detection limit was0.05mg/L.The addition recoveries were95.3%-114.6%,and the relative standard deviations of detection results were in the range of3.03%-7.32%(n=7).The method is sensitive,simple and quick,it can be used for quick detection of trixylyl phosphate in plastic.
