经脐单部位双孔腹腔镜小儿疝囊高位结扎术的疗效(附102例报告)

目的探讨经脐单部位双孔腹腔镜小儿疝囊高位结扎术的可靠性、优点及注意事项。方法回顾性分析该院2015年4月-2016年6月完成的102例经脐单部位双孔腹腔镜小儿疝囊高位结扎术的临床资料,对其治疗过程、方法、经验进行总结。结果 102例均系腹股沟斜疝患儿,单侧84例,双侧18例;单侧病例中,术中发现24例对侧存在隐匿性疝;手术时间单侧(16.17±8.23)min,双侧(23.68±9.72)min;所有患者术后1 d出院,切口美观;术后阴囊或阴唇无肿胀,无血肿,无粘连性肠梗阻;随访6~20个月无复发。结论经脐单部位双孔腹腔镜小儿疝囊高位结扎术是安全、可靠、有效的,具有切口美观、创伤小、恢复快、对技术及器械要求低和容易掌握等优点,值得推广。

Objective To explore the reliability,advantages and precautions of trans-umbilical single site double-ports laparoscopy hernia sac high ligation in children.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of102patients of trans-umbilical single site double-ports laparoscopy hernia sac high ligation from April2015to June2016,then summarize the treatment process,method and experience.Results All102cases of children with inguinal hernia,84cases of unilateral,bilateral in18cases.Unilateral cases,found in24cases of lateral occult hernia.Operation time:one side(16.17±8.23)min,bilateral(23.68±9.72)min.All the patients were discharged after1d,and the incision was beautiful.There was no swelling in the scrotum or labia,no hematoma,no adhesive intestinal obstruction,and followed up from6~20months without recurrence.Conclusion It is safe,reliable and effective to treat inguinal hernia in children with trans-umbilical single site double-ports laparoscopy hernia sac high ligation.It has advantages such as beautiful incision,small trauma,quick recovery,low requirements on technology and equipment,easy to grasp.
