289例冠心病患者脉象变化规律探讨

A Study on the Rule of Pulse Conditions in 289 Cases of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:通过观察冠心病患者脉象客观指标,探讨冠心病患者的脉象变化,为临床辨证冠心病提供客观化依据及疗效评价指标。方法:应用YM-Ⅲ型脉象采集仪对观察组289例冠心病患者及对照组120例正常人的脉象进行采集,并对2组的脉象、脉图参数进行统计学分析。结果:按单一脉象统计,冠心病患者可见脉象有11种,其中弦脉、滑脉、沉脉共占76.48%,较其他脉象所占比例大。弦脉观察组占34.60%,对照组占17.50%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);滑H脉观察组占29.41%,对照组占19.97%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其余脉象2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。h1、U、h3/h1这3个变量2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脉图参数可为临床上冠心病中医辨证论治提供客观依据。

Objective:To provide objective basis and the index of evaluating curative effects for clinical syndrome differentiation of coronary heart disease(CHD)by observing objective indexes of pulse condition of CHD patients and exploring the changes of pulse condition.Methods:The pulse conditions of289cases of CHD in the observation group and120cases of normal people in the control group were collected by using YM-Ⅲtype pulse collecting instrument,the pulses and pulse parameters of both groups were statistically analyzed.Results:According to the single pulse condition,there were11kinds of pulses in CHD patients,taut pulse,slippery pulse and deep pulse held76.48%,higher than the proportion of other pulses.The proportion of taut pulse took up34.60%in the observation group,higher than17.50%of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning in the comparison between two groups(P<0.05);slippery pulse occupied29.41%in the observation group,and it held19.97%in the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning in the comparison between two groups(P<0.05);the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparison of other pulses between both groups(P>0.05).The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of h1,U,h3/h1between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pulse parameters can provide objective basis for syndrome differentiation and treatment of CHDin clinic.
