云南地方高校中药学类专业本科生创新能力培养实践探讨

Study on Innovation Ability Cultivation of Undergraduates Majored in the Science of Chinese Materia Medica in Local Universities of Yunnan Province

云南中医学院通过制度保障、深化实验教学改革、加强毕业实践训练、实施科研计划训练项目等切实培养学生的创新精神和创新能力,为中药学类专业本科生创新能力培养方面做出了积极的探索与实践,并取得实效。今后应进一步造就创新型师资队伍、改革学业评价、完善创新奖励机制,以全面提升中药学类专业本科生创新能力。

The students'innovation spirit and innovation ability were cultivated by systemguarantee,deepening experimental teaching reform,strengthening the graduation practice training and implementing the scientific research plan training project in Yunnan College of TCM,The project has made positive exploration and practice on the cultivation of the innovative ability of undergraduates in the science of Chinese materia medica,and it has already obtained practical results.Henceforth,building the team of innovative teachers,the reform for academic evaluation and improving innovation reward mechanism should be performed to promote the innovation ability of the undergraduate majored in the science of Chinese material medica.
