通气复聪汤联合鼓膜穿刺抽液术治疗分泌性中耳炎48例

TongQi FuCong Tang Jointed with Tympanic Membrane Paracentesis in the Treatment for 48 Cases of Secretory Otitis Media

目的:观察通气复聪汤联合鼓膜穿刺抽液术治疗分泌性中耳炎(SOM)的临床疗效。方法:将96例患者按就诊顺序均分为2组。对照组仅使用鼓膜穿刺抽液手术治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加服通气复聪汤,1剂/d。2组均于连续治疗10天后观察临床疗效、治疗前后纯音测听和证候积分及并发症和不良反应发生率。结果:总有效率观察组为95.83%,对照组为83.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。纯音测听记分和证候积分2组治疗后均明显下降(P<0.05),观察组下降更明显(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率、并发症发生率对照组均为8.33%,观察组分别为2.08%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通气复聪汤联合鼓膜穿刺抽液术治疗SOM可提高临床疗效及安全性。

Objective:To investigate curative effects of TongQi FuCong Tang jointed with tympanic membrane paracentesis in the treatment for secretory otitis media(SOM).Methods:All96patients were divided into two groups according to the visiting order.The patients in the control group were treated by tympanic membrane paracentesis,and the observation group took TongQi FuCong Tang orally on the foundation of the treatment the control group received,one dose per day.Both groups were treated for ten days consecutively.Curative effects,pure tone test,syndrome integrals,the incidences of the complications and adverse reactions of both groups were observed before and after treating.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group reached95.83%,higher than83.33%of the control group,and the difference presented statistical meaning(P<0.05).Pure tone test scale and syndrome integrals of both groups lowered apparently after treating(P<0.05),the decrease of the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).The incidences of adverse reaction and the complication of the control group were8.33%and8.33%,higher than2.08%of the observation group,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:TongQi FuCong Tang jointed with tympanic membrane paracentesis in treating SOM could improve clinical effects and the safety.
