中药内服联合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病60例

Oral Administration of Herbs Combined with Acupuncture in Treating 60 Patients Suffering Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的:观察中药内服联合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者按就诊顺序分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组仅给予针刺疗法,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加服中药汤剂,2组均连续治疗3周。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)、颈椎病症状量表积分、血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平的变化情况和治疗安全性。结果:总有效率观察组为91.67%,对照组为73.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VAS颈椎病症状量表积分治疗前2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清IL-6和TNF-α水平治疗前2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组在治疗期间均未出现与用药相关的不良反应。结论:中药汤剂内服联合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病安全有效,可显著改善临床症状,其机制可能与调节机体IL-6和TNF-α的表达有关。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of oral administration of herbs combined with acupuncture in the treatment for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:All120patients were divided into the observation group and the control group equally according to visiting orders.The control group were given acupuncture therapy,the observation group took herbal decoction on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted,both groups were treated for three weeks consecutively.Clinical effects,therapeutic safety,VAS scales,symptom and functional scales,the levels of IL-6and TNF-琢of both groups were surveyed before and after treating.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was91.67%,higher than73.33%of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning between both groups(P<0.05).The difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of VAS,symptom and functional scales before treating between both groups(P>0.05);the difference had statistical meaning in the comparison between before and after treating within both groups(P<0.05);the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparison after treating between both groups(P<0.05).There was no statistical meaning in the comparison of the levels of IL-6and TNF-αbefore treating between both groups(P>0.05);there was statistical difference in the comparison between before and after treating within two groups(P<0.05);there was statistical meaning in the comparison after treating between two groups(P<0.05).No adverse reaction related to the medication occurred during therapeutic period.Conclusion:Oral administration of herbs combined with acupuncture is safe and effective in the treatment for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,it could significantly improve clinical symptoms,its mechanismmight be related to regulating the expressions of IL-6and TNF-α.
