颅内血肿微创清除术治疗老年高血压脑出血的效果评价

Evaluation on effect of minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma in treatment of senile hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的评价颅内血肿微创清除术治疗老年高血压脑出血的效果。方法 62例老年高血压脑出血患者,随机分成对照组与观察组,各31例。对照组患者给予开颅血肿清除术治疗,观察组患者给予颅内血肿微创清除术治疗。比较两组手术指标、颅内压、神经功能缺损程度(CSS)评分以及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,两组患者颅内压、CSS评分均低于术前,且观察组患者颅内压、CSS评分均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为9.68%,低于对照组的29.03%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颅内血肿微创清除术治疗老年高血压脑出血效果优越。

Objective To evaluate the effect of minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma intreatment of senile hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of62senile patients with hypertensivecerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with31cases in each group.The control group received craniotomy hematoma evacuation for treatment,and the observation group receivedminimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma for treatment.Comparison were made on surgical indicators,intracranial pressure,Chinese stroke scale(CSS)score,and postoperative complications occurrence in two groups.Results The observation group had shorter operation time than the control group,and less intraoperative bleedingvolume than the control group.Their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).After operation,both groupshad lower intracranial pressure and CSS score than those before treatment,and the observation group had lowerintracranial pressure and CSS score than the control group.Their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had lower incidence of postoperative complications as9.68%than29.03%in the controlgroup,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive removal ofintracranial hematoma shows superior effect in treatment of senile hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
