探讨正常眼压性青光眼患者外周血中IL-6和IL-12及IL-4含量的临床价值

Exploration on clinical value of IL-6, IL-12 and IL-4 content in peripheral blood of patients with normal tension glaucoma

目的分析正常眼压性青光眼患者外周血中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)和白细胞介素-4(IL-4)含量的临床价值。方法 30例正常眼压性青光眼患者为研究组,30例无正常眼压性青光眼病史及免疫相关疾病史的患者为对照组,比较两组外周血IL-4、IL-6与IL-12含量。结果研究组外周血IL-6含量为(1.62±1.13)pg/ml,IL-12含量为(11.95±3.56)pg/ml,IL-4含量为(27.52±5.83)pg/ml,对照组分别为(7.98±4.85)、(21.24±4.59)、(25.38±4.89)pg/ml;研究组IL-6、IL-12含量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组IL-4含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论正常眼压性青光眼患者外周血IL-6和IL-12含量低于非眼压性青光眼患者,说明免疫因素在其发病机制中有着重要价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-12(IL-12)andinterleukin-4(IL-4)content in peripheral blood of patients with normal tension glaucoma.Methods There were30patients with normal tension glaucoma as research group,and30patients with no history of normal pressureglaucoma and history of immune related diseases as control group.Comparison were made on IL-6,IL-12andIL-4content in peripheral blood in two groups.Results The research group had IL-6content in peripheral bloodas(1.62±1.13)pg/ml,IL-12content as(11.95±3.56)pg/ml,IL-4content as(27.52±5.83)pg/ml,which wererespectively as(7.98±4.85),(21.24±4.59)and(25.38±4.89)pg/ml in the control group.The research group hadlower IL-6and IL-12content than the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Bothgroups had no statistically significant difference in IL-4content(P>0.05).Conclusion The levels of IL-6andIL-12in peripheral blood of patients with normal tension glaucoma are lower than those of non glaucoma patients,which indicates that immune factors play an important role in the pathogenesis of glaucoma.
