心宝丸联合氨茶碱片治疗缓慢型心律失常的临床观察

Clinical observation on Xinbao pill combined with aminophylline tablets in treatment of bradyarrhythmia

目的研究心宝丸联合氨茶碱片治疗缓慢型心律失常的临床效果。方法 44例缓慢型心律失常患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各22例。对照组给予常规抗血小板、调脂、改善循环以及营养心肌等治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用心宝丸联合氨茶碱片口服治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为59.1%,明显高于对照组的27.3%(P<0.05)。结论在缓慢型心律失常治疗用药方案中,心宝丸联合氨茶碱片疗效确切,可有效提升患者心率,改善心脑血管血供,缓解黑矇、晕厥等症状,值得临床加以推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Xinbao pill combined with aminophylline tabletsin treatment of bradyarrhythmia.Methods A total of44bradyarrhythmia patients were randomly divided intocontrol group and observation group,with22cases in each group.The control group received routine antiplatelettherapy,lipid regulation,circulation improvement,and nutritional myocardium therapy,and the observation groupreceived oral Xinbao pill combined with aminophylline tablets for treatment.Therapeutic effect was compared in two groups.Results The observation group had higher total treatment effective rate as59.1%than27.3%inthe control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the therapeutic regimen of bradyarrhythmia,combination of Xinbaopill and aminophylline tablets shows affirmative curative effect,and it can effectively enhance ventricular rate ofpatients,improve cardiovascular and cerebrovascular blood supply,alleviate symptoms of syncope and amaurosis.So it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
