头孢菌素类药物各种不良反应及预防措施的策划分析

Planning and Analysis of Various Adverse Reactions and Preventive Measures of Cephalosporins

目的：分析与探究头孢菌素类药品临床上的不良反应以及预防措施，提高药品的安全性，杜绝严重不良反应的发生。方法：选取本区某医院2013年5月至2016年5月期间到院进行输液的无头孢菌素类药物过敏患者120例，所选取患者所患感染性疾病均属头孢菌素类药物适应症，对患者给予头孢菌素类抗生素治疗，观察分析用药期间发生的不良反应。结果：有106人发生例不同程度的不良反应，其中以全身性过敏反应为主（51.67%)，主要症状包括过敏性休克、变态反应、双硫仑样反应，临床表现为皮疹、发热和哮喘等。结论：随着头孢菌素类抗生素临床应用的增多，其引起的不良反应也日趋增多。预防头孢菌素类药物使用的不良反应，主要在于预防其过敏性炎症的发生。

Objective:Analysis and exploration of cephalosporins clinical adverse reactions and preventive measures to improve drug safety,to prevent the occurrence of serious adverse reactions.Methods:Selected a hospital from May2013to May2016to hospital for infusion of cephalosporin-like drugs allergy patients120cases,Selected patients suffering from infectious diseases were cephalosporins drug indications,Cephalosporin antibiotics were given to patients,and adverse reactions were observed during the treatment.Results:There were106cases of varying degrees of adverse reactions,including systemic allergic reactions(5167%),The main symptoms include anaphylactic shock,allergic reactions,disulfiram-like reactions,clinical manifestations of rash,fever and asthma.Conclusion:With the clinical application of cephalosporins antibiotics increased,the adverse reactions caused by increasing.Prevention of cephalosporins use of adverse reactions,mainly to prevent the occurrence of allergic inflammation.
