120例适龄妇女的生殖健康检查结果及护理情况

目的探讨适龄妇女的健康状况及生殖健康的影响因素，并采取相应的护理措施，以提高适龄妇女的防病能力。方法本研究随机选取2013年6月至2015年10月来我院进行妇科体检的120例患者，通过阴道分泌物涂片、妇科检查、询问病史、B超检查等方法检查。结果16例体检者（13.33%）未出现过白带异常及下身瘙痒症状，55例体检者（45.83%)出现过白带异常症状，49例体检者（40.83%)偶然出现过白带异常症状；69例体检者（57.50%)在日常护理生殖道，35例体检者（29.17%）未采取日常护理，16例体检者（13.33%)不知道需要采取日常护理。适龄妇女妇科体检中生殖健康的主要因素有：初婚年龄、避孕方法选择、怀孕次数、对避孕方法的满意度、避孕方法的副作用、是否婚检、月经期使用的垫接、是否收到宣传品等。结论需对适龄妇女加强生殖健康的宣传教育，通过掌握基本生殖保健的常识，提高自我保健的意识，加强体检的力度，降低适龄妇女病的妇科发病率，提高适龄妇女的健康水平，改善生活质量。

Objective:To study the age of women's health and the influence factors of reproductive health,and take the corresponding nursing measures,in order to improve the prevention ability of working-age women.Methods:This study randomly selected from June2013to October2013to our hospital for physical examination of120patients of department of gynaecology,through vaginal smears,department of gynaecology,history,B ultrasonic examination method checks,etc.Results:16cases of medical examination(13.33%)did not appear abnormal leucorrhea and lower body itching,55cases of physical person(45.83%)appeared abnormal leucorrhea symptoms,49cases of medical examination(40.83%)who had occasional leucorrhea abnormal symptoms;69cases of medical examination(57.50%)in daily care reproductive tract,35cases of physical examination(29.17%)did not take the daily nursing,16cases of medical examination(13.33%)who don't know need to take daily care.Age women of reproductive health physical examination of department of gynaecology main factors are:first marriage age,choice of contraceptive methods,pregnant times,satisfaction of contraceptive methods,the side effects of contraception,whether check-ups,menstrual period using the pad,whether received materials,etc.Conclusion:to strengthen the propaganda and education of reproductive health of working-age women,through mastering the basic reproductive health care knowledge,improve self health care consciousness,strengthen the physical examination and reduce the incidence of a disease of department of gynaecology of school-age gynecological diseases,improve the level of working-age women's health,improve the quality of life.
