PDCA循环在消毒供应中心集中管理的应用及效果分析

目的分析在消毒供应中心集中管理过程中应用PDCA循环效果。方法自2015年6月至2016年6月在我院消毒供应中心实施PDCA管理办法，对比我院消毒供应中心工作人员于PDCA管理办法实施前后专业技能和基础知识掌握情况，及各临床科室对本院消毒供应物品满意度回馈情况，来分析在消毒供应中心集中管理过程中应用PDCA循环的效果。结果PDCA循环活动开展后本院消毒供应中心工作人员对消毒知识、操作技能、设备管理、清洗和包装质量、法律法规的掌握情况和临床科室的满意度均较活动前得到明显改善，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05)。结论在医院消毒供应中心集中管理过程中开展PDCA循环活动，能有效的提升消毒供应中心的管理质量，值得医院推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of focus on the application of PDCA circulation management of the central sterile supply process.Methods:From June2015to June2016in the disinfection supply center in our hospital to carry out PDCA management,disinfection and supply center in our hospital staff in contrast PDCA management measures before and after carrying out the professional skills and basic knowledge,and clinical departments of the hospital disinfection supplies.Satisfaction feedback,to analyze the application of PDCA circulation in disinfection supply center in the process of management.Results:After the PDCA cycle activities of the central sterile supply staff in disinfection of knowledge,skills,equipment management,cleaning and packaging quality laws and regulations,to grasp the situation and clinical departments satisfaction were obtained before the event obviously,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA carried out in the hospital disinfection supply center management process CA cycle activities,can effectively improve the quality of disinfection supply center management,hospital promotion
