舒适护理模式在老年慢性心力衰竭患者的应用效果

目的舒适护理模式在老年慢性心力衰竭患者的应用效果。方法选择本院2015年10月至2016年12月收治老年慢性心力衰竭患者102例，随机分成观察组和对照组，每组各51例；对照组老年慢性心力衰竭患者采用常规护理，观察组患者实施舒适护理模式。对比2组老年慢性心力衰竭患者各项指标情况。结果观察组老年慢性心力衰竭患者症状恢复指标明显优于对照组（P<0.05);观察组患者GCQ量表4个维度指标数据均优于对照组（P<0.05);且观察组患者并发症发生率1.与对照组对比，明显低于对照组（P<0.05)。结论采用舒适护理模式能有效促进患者恢复，提高老年慢性心力衰竭患者舒适度，并降低并发症发生率，增加了患者安全感及治疗信心，提高了对医护人员的信任度，并提高了患者对医疗工作的满意度，值得临床推广。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of comfortable nursing model in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of102patients with chronic heart failure were enrolled in our hospital from October2015to December2015They were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=51).In the control group,the elderly patients with chronic heart failure were treated with routine nursing,Patients with comfortable care mode.Comparison of two groups of elderly patients with chronic heart failure indicators of the situation.Results:The symptom recovery index of the elderly patients with chronic heart failure was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The four indexes of GCQ scale in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05)The incidence of disease was1.96%compared with the control group,significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of comfortable nursing model can effectively promote the recovery of patients,improve the comfort of elderly patients with chronic heart failure,and reduce the incidence of complications,increased patient safety and treatment of confidence,improve the trust of health care personnel,and improve the patient Satisfaction with medical work is worthy of clinical promotion.
