安定保留灌肠与静脉给药治疗小儿惊厥的比较分析

Comparative analysis of the treatment of infantile convulsion with diazepam retention enema and intravenous administration

目的的症状以后，对安定保留灌肠和静脉药品输注的医治方式治疗儿童惊厥的临床效果进行比较。方法选择2010年至2017年因惊厥症状入院医治的80名儿童病人作为研究对象，使用随机分配的方式，将其分为对照组和医治组，每组40人，对所有的儿童病人使用剂量相同的药品进行医治，将安定保留灌肠的方式用于医治组的儿童病人，将静脉输注药品的医治方式应用于对照组的儿童病人，而后对2组的医治成效进行分析研究。结果对2组不同的儿童病人进行医治以后，医治组的儿童病人在起效的时间好于对照组，而维持的时间2组之间差异较小。儿童病人实施不同的用药方式，医治组病人没有发生副作用，对照组儿26名病人有副作用。结论对2组惊厥儿童病人实施不同给药方式以后，其效果和时间周期这两个指标差异较小，对儿童病人实施静脉输注药品的方式容易出现对呼吸产生抑制的副作用，使用安定保留灌肠的方式没有出现副作用，并且此种给药方式简单方便，因此儿童病人出现惊厥的症状以后，使用保留灌肠的方式对其进行医治，具有安全性高和效果明显以及实用性强等特点，具有较高的医学实践价值。

Objective:the main aspects of this study were:To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of stable retention enema and intravenous drug infusion after symptoms of convulsion in children.Methods:the data sources,the time node in2010to2017,showing symptoms due to convulsion admitted for80children patients as the research object,using random allocation method,which can be divided into control group and treatment group,each group of more than40people were treated using the same dose of all drugs the children patients will settle retention enema method in treatment group of children patients,the intravenous drug injection in the treatment of children in the control group patients were analyzed and two different groups of therapeutic effect.Results:after the treatment of two groups of children,the children in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,but the difference between the two groups was small.Children were treated with different methods of medication,showing that the patients in the treatment group did not have side effects after using drugs,and the control group had26patients with side effects.Conclusion:the implementation of the corresponding different for different groups of children of two patients after treatment,showing the small differences in the two index and the time period,the implementation of intravenous infusion of drugs on children patients prone to side effects on inhibition of respiration,did not appear during the use of diazepam retention enema the way,and this inhibition is simple and convenient,therefore,after the children patients with convulsions symptoms,the use of retention enema on the treatment way,has the characteristics of high safety and obvious effect and strong practicability,has high practical value in medicine.
