摘要
目的探索人性化管理在门诊护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2014年6月至2016年6月期间本院的60名门诊护理人员,将护理人员动态随机化分为对照组和观察组,2组各有30名,对照组和观察组分别采用常规管理和人性化管理。结果观察组护理人员技能操作水平分数(98.36±1.45)分、护理质量(护理质量)分均高于对照组护理人员(P<0.05)。结论人性化管理在门诊护理管理中效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of humanized management in outpatient nursing management.Methods:From June2014to June2016,60outpatients were randomly divided into two groups:30nurses in control group and2observation groups in control group Conventional management and human management.Results:The scores of nursing skill level(98.36±1.45)and nursing quality(nursing quality)of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic management is very effective in outpatient nursing management.
