优质护理在急诊清创缝合术患者中的临床效果分析

目的探讨分析优质护理在急诊清创缝合术患者中的临床效果。方法本次特选取2013年7月至2016年7月期间在本院治疗的80例急诊清创缝合术患者作为观察对象。将其随机分为观察组、对照组，每组患者均为40例。对照组急诊清创缝合术患者采用常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上，给予优质护理进行干预。护理后，比较2组患者的手术时间、术中心率、收缩压、焦虑和抑郁程度的评分以及护理满意度。结果护理后，观察组患者手术时间、术中心率、收缩压、焦虑和抑郁程度的评分均优于对照组，P<0.05；且观察组患者护理满意度为97.50%，高于对照组(80.00%)，P<0.05。结论采用优质护理干预急诊清创缝合术患者，可改善其心理状态，护理效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of quality nursing in patients with debridement and suturing.Methods:80patients who were treated in our hospital from July,2013to July,2016were selected as the observation object.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing,and the patients in the observation group were given the intervention of high quality nursing care on the basis of routine nursing.After surgery,the operative time,heart rate,systolic blood pressure,anxiety and depression scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of operation time,heart rate,systolic blood pressure,anxiety and depression of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was97.50%,higher than that of the control group80.00%),P<0.05Conclusion:The nursing intervention can improve the psychological state of patients with acute debridement and suturing,and the nursing effect is remarkable.
