精细化护理管理在预防老年患者发生跌倒中的运用

The Application of Fine Nursing Management in Preventing the Falling of Elderly Patients

目的分析精细化护理管理在预防老年患者发生跌倒中的应用价值。方法选择我院自2016年2月至2017年2月期间收治的老年住院患者64例，依据住院时间先后均分2组。实验组、参照组分别予以精细化护理和基础护理，最后对护理效果进行统计和评价。结果2组老年住院患者经不同方法护理后，实验组跌倒发生率为6.3%，明显低于参照组(28.1%)，组间数据差异有统计学意义。结论在预防老年患者发生跌倒中应用精细化护理管理可以使其跌倒发生率进行降低，可在临床上进一步实践。

Objective:To analyze the application value of fine nursing management in prevention of falls in elderly patients.Methods:64cases of elderly hospitalized patients admitted in our hospital from February2016to February2017were divided into two groups according to the hospitalization time.Experimental group,reference group were fine care,basic care,and finally the results of nursing summary and statistics.Results:The incidence of falls in the experimental group(6.3%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(28.1%).The data between the two groups were statistically significant.Conclusion:The use of fine nursing management in the prevention of falls in elderly patients can reduce the incidence of falls and can be further practiced clinically.
