社区儿童保健中治未病理论的应用效果研究

目的研究社区儿童保健中治未病理论的应用效果。方法将2015年6月至2016年8月期间本社区400名儿童作为研究对象，使用数字随机化法将其分为对照组和试验组各200名。采用常规方式完成对照组儿童的社区保健，在治未病理论的指导下完成对试验组儿童的社区保健。比较2组儿童的患病情况，对2组儿童的生长发育情况进行比较，并比较2组儿童家属满意度。结果试验组儿童的患病率较对照组明显更低，2组数据相比禅意有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。试验组儿童的生长发育情况明显优于对照组，两组数据相比有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。并且试验组儿童家属的满意度明显高于对照组，两组数据相比有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论治未病理论在社区儿童保健中的应用效果较好，能明显降低儿童的发病率，促进儿童的生长发育，具有较高推广价值。

Objective:To study the application of the treatment of the disease in community child care.Methods:400children from June2015to August2016were studied in this community,using digital randomization to divide them into200control and test groups.The community care of children in the control group was completed in a conventional way,and community care for children in the pilot group was completed under the guidance of the treatment of the disease.Comparing the two groups of children,comparing the growth and development of the two groups,and comparing the relative satisfaction of the two groups of children.Results:The prevalence of children in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group,compared with P<0.05The development of children in the test group was significantly better than that of the control group,compared with P<0.05The satisfaction of family members was significantly higher than those in the control group,compared with P<0.05Conclusion:Not cure disease theory is an effective method in the community child care,can significantly reduce the incidence of children,promote children's growth,with high promotion value.
