丹参注射液治疗普外科手术后下肢深静脉血栓的治疗效果观察

Analysis of the factors of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after operation in Department of general surgery and how to treat the deep venous thrombosis

目的分析普外科手术后下肢深静脉血栓的形成因素与治疗对策。方法选取2013年11月至2015年11月期间，我院收治的普外科手术后下肢深静脉血栓患者68例，随机分为对照组与观察组各34例，对照组不使用任何药物治疗，观察组患者采用丹参注射液进行治疗，观察2组患者的各项临床指标。结果治疗后，观察组患者的PT、血液黏度、APTT以及Fbg等指标均显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论丹参注射液治疗普外科手术后下肢深静脉血栓中临床效果显著，可有效改善患者的静脉血栓情况，且安全性较高，值得在临床上推广和应用。

objective:To analysis of general surgery of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after the operation form factors and treatment measures.Methods:Select2013during November-in November2015,our hospital of general surgery,68patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after the operation,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the34cases,control group without using any medication,observation group were treated by salvia miltiorrhiza injection treatment,observation the clinical indexes of two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,the observation group of patients with PT,APTT and Fbg indexes,blood viscosity was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Salvia miltiorrhiza injection general surgery in lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after the operation,clinical effect is remarkable,which can effectively improve the patient’s vein thrombosis,and security is higher,is worth in clinical promotion and application.
