心脏瓣膜成形术及心脏瓣膜置换术治疗心脏瓣膜病的临床疗效及预后研究

目的探讨心脏瓣膜成形术及心脏瓣膜置换术治疗心脏瓣膜病的临床疗效及预后。方法回顾性分析医院2013年8月~2016年4月收治的63例心脏瓣膜病患者临床资料，观察临床治疗效果及远期预后情况。结果术后，63例患者中治愈59例，治愈率为93.7%，死亡4例，死亡率为6.3%。5例患者发生并发症，发生率为7.9%。术后随访12个月，远期死亡3例。结论临床治疗心脏瓣膜病患者时，心脏瓣膜成形术及心脏瓣膜置换术具有良好的治疗效果，能够有效地改善患者心功能，提高患者预后。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and prognosis of cardiac valve replacement and cardiac valve replacement in patients with valvular heart disease.Methods:the clinical data of63patients with valvular heart disease admitted in our hospital from August2013to April2016were retrospectively analyzed.Results:after operation,63cases were cured,the cure rate was93.7%,and the death rate was4.The mortality rate was about6.3%.5patients had complications,the incidence was7.9%.All patients were followed up for12months,and the long-term mortality was found in3cases.Conclusion:in the clinical treatment of patients with valvular heart disease,cardiac valve replacement and cardiac valve replacement surgery has a good therapeutic effect,can effectively improve the patient's heart function,improve the prognosis of patients.
