老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术后早期康复护理的效果观察

目的对老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术中采用早期康复护理的效果进行评估。方法选取2013年9月~2014年11月于我院接受了全髋关节置换手术的股骨颈骨折病患52例，将其随机均等分为对照组和实验组。对照组病患实施常规护理措施，实验组病患开展早期康复护理。对2组病患一年之后的生活自理能力及行走能力进行评估比对。结果实验组病患的治疗有效率为92.31%，显著高于对照组病患的61.54%(P<0.05)，差异有统计学意义。结论对接受了全髋关节置换手术的股骨颈骨折的老年病患开展早期康复护理可以有效提升病患的髋关节的活动度、生活自理能力及行走能力。值得于临床上进一步推广应用。

Objective:For early rehabilitation nursing in the elderly femoral neck fracture of the total hip replacement of effect is analyzed.Methods:Choose between September2013and November2013in our hospital underwent total hip replacement surgery patients52cases of femoral neck fracture,the equal randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The experimental group patients in early rehabilitation nursing.On two groups of patients a year after the evaluation of self-care ability and the ability to walk of life.Results:The patients'treatment effective rate of92.31%,61.54%of the patients is significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:To accept the total hip replacement surgery of femoral neck fracture in old patients can effectively improve patient's activity degree of hip joint,self-care ability and the ability to walk of life.Is worth to further clinical application.
